Staff Recruitment Procedure
  • At the end of every semester the staff requirement for coming semester based on teaching load is generated by every HOD.
  • The requirement is then finalized with principal considering the present status by respective HOD.
  • A news paper advertisement is made for the new required staff, which is published in local 2-3 popular newspapers before 3-4 days of walk in interviews. (copy attached)
  • On the day of walk in interviews the appeared candidates are asked for written test for testing their attitude & way of thinking. (Sample QP attached)
  • Also an application form is filled in up from every candidate. (Blank application copy attached)
  • Then a set of documents is prepared for every candidate before appearing to personal interview as below:
  • Application with passport size photograp
  1. Resume
  2. Checked written test paper
  3. Attested Xerox copies of all testimonials, experience certificates etc.
  4. With the above said documents the candidate appears for Interview in front of committee consisting of management members, Principal & concerned HOD.
  • Based on the performance and the answers given by candidate marks are given by each committee member on interview sheet (blank copy attached herewith).
  • The candidate selected in Interview is called for demo lecture on same or next day on any topic of his/her choice from curriculum for 20-30 minutes.(for demo lecture preparation the books are also made available from the institute library.)
  • The demo lecture evaluation is done by principal & HOD, and marks are given on application form.
  • The candidate securing highest total (out of 50) of sum of written test (out of 10), Interview (out of 15) and demo lecture observation (out of 25) is asked to see principal for finalizing salary and other terms & conditions.
  • On acceptance of salary & other terms & conditions by candidate, he /she is recruited on suitable date of joining.

Promotional Policy

  • A committee consisting of management members, Principal & HOD takes decision in this regards.
  • A fresh staff joins on consolidated salary on temporary basis on 11 months order, up to 30th April.
  • On successful completion of two 11 months order, the staff will be put on probation period of six months.
  • On satisfactory completion of probation either the staff will be confirmed i.e. regular and put into the pay scale availing all the benefits of regular staff or rejected for confirmation i.e. asked to leave the Institute. The decision will be purely based on the performance of the staff member.
  • For evaluation of performance the personal file of every staff is maintained consisting of his/her all work details, result analysis, Teacher Progress Report, Lecture observation report & annual assessment report. HOD feedback is also considered in this regard.
  • For regular staff the promotion will be given as per AICTE guidelines.
  • T.A. & D.A. is applicable as per state govt. rules to the regular staff.
  • Leave rules are made at Institute level with the holiday list for every academic year is prepared & followed.
  • Gratuity & provident fund is also applicable for regular staff as per govt. rules.
  • Training, Workshop, paper presentation & professional society membership concession is provided to staff members for their development as per the guidelines made at institute level.
