    Admission

    In Guru Gobind Singh Public School, There are three section

    • K. G. SECTION (Nursery to Sr. K. G.)
    • PRIMARY SECTION (First to Fourth Std.)
    • SECONDARY SECTION (Fifth to Tenth Std.)

    • Admission Procedure

    For K.G. Section

    New academic session of the K. G. Begins in January every year and it is desirable that all admission formalities be completed well before that. However limited vacancies may exist in the starting of the academic year. As proposed by the State Education Department the age at the time of admission should ordinarily no exceed

    Age Bar     :

    For Nursery : 21/2 Years and above

    For Jr. K. G. (LKG) : 31/2 Years and above

    For Sr. K. G. (UKG) : 41/2 Years and Above

    Documents : Date of Birth Certificate (Photo / Xerox Copy)

    Requires : Name should be mentioned of child on it and

    Photo : Two Passport Size Photos

    For Primary :

    New academic session of the Primary Section begins in the month of June every year and it is desirable that all admission formalities be completed well before that.

    Age Bar : For first Standard 6 Years (As per Government Norms)

    Date of Birth Certificate (Original)

    Requires :

    Name should be mentioned of child on it. and Two Passport Size Photos


    For Other STD.     :

    i) Student on transfer from another school has to submit School Leaving Certificate from the previous school. However those coming from other state must produce the School Leaving Certificate duly countersigned by the district Education Officer of the respective district.

    ii) All Admissions are subject to satisfactory performance of the child in the entrance test.

    iii) At the time of the admission, student will pay all charges, including admission fee, term fee and monthly fees.

    • Withdrawls

    Parents are requested to give application for withdrawal of their child before 10th day of the month.School Leaving Certificate will be issued only after all dues have been paid and clearance chit obtained from the Teacher Incharge

    • General

    Students must Endeavour to keep discipline and silence in theschool. No body should bring in anything which may prove to be a source of nuisance/disturbance to the School environment.

    Parents/Guardians/Relatives are not permitted to meet the student of the teacher during the school hours. They may however, see only the Principal in case of urgent matters.The Management reserves the right to alter/amend any or all the rules any time and such amendments/alterations will be final an binding on all concerned.
